To support the implementation of quality improvement in primary healthcare, Quality Improvement Coaches employed by QIIP are available to facilitate the integration and application of improvement based on three foundational frameworks: model for improvement, Chronic Disease Prevention and Management and the Learning Community Learning Model. The QI Coach will also support teams in building capability and capacity to achieve sustainable change. The QI Coach is positioned externally to teams and assigned based on geographic location.
