Thinking of hiring a consultant to assist with the needs of your primary healthcare team?
The Consultant Survey Report, based on a survey conducted on Wave 1, 2 and 3 FHTs from 2005 through to 2008, may offer needed insight from other team's experience with consultants. The report also provides a listing of the names, contact information and scope of services offered by consultants who were engaged by one or more FHTs that responded to our survey. Please note: Consultants whose services were reported on less than 3 times were not rated.
